2025 Generative AI Conference Notes
Two days, 25 sessions — every fact from outside the conference carries a source.
In May 2025 the Generative AI Conference ran as a two-day double bill: Friday afternoon for the developer conference, all of Saturday for the main forum. Both days were held in the same hall on a single stage, one speaker after another.
Twenty-four talks, plus the opening that laid out the shape of the day. The range runs from Google DeepMind on the three bottlenecks in robotics to a primary-school student who built a website using four free-tier models; from how E.SUN Bank pushed generative AI out to customers inside a compliance framework, to how a comedy company turned forty people's spoken-word experience into a structure an AI could read.

Across the sessions
How these notes were written
- Talk titles follow the official agenda verbatim, capitalisation and punctuation included — they are not translated, so the English pages carry them in the original Chinese.
- Every fact from outside the conference carries an external link, and every session ends with a source table.
- Where nothing could be found it says so. Figures a speaker gave without corroboration are marked, and so is anything inferred. These markers are not removed to make the pages look tidier.
- Where two sources disagree, both are listed with which one is trusted and why. Where speakers disagree, the disagreement is kept rather than written up as a consensus.
